Hi Viking Friends,
The 5D 9.3 update is available for installation (free) on the HV site at:   http://www.husqvarnaviking.com/us/8588.htm .  You will need your HV 5D password to get the update.  You created this password when you registered your software.

This is a large update. 700 MB.  Be prepared for it to take about an hour to download---that's with DSL.  If you have a slow connection or don't have time to download, you can request the download DVD from SVW.  The part number is 413 3039-26. (This is a purchase item.) Once the update is downloaded, it only takes a few minutes to install.  Many of the modules will go through a “configuring software” diddy when first opened after installation. 

To find information on what’s new and quick-start exercises, etc, click the 5D System shortcut on your desktop, select "Guides" and find the .pdf for the 9.3 update.  You will not find this until AFTER you install the update.  New features include lettering enhancements, new Multi-Wave fills, and support for the Cutwork Needles in Stitch Editor and Design Creator.
