Our service technicians are factory-trained and they continue to go to training seminars to bring out the vey best in your machine.  Normal turn-around is usually 1-1/2 weeks, but customers that buy here get 72-hour turn-around and we do offer express "next day" service for those that need their machine faster.

Got a problem with your machine that you think should be covered under warranty?  We are also a warranty station for all brands that we sell and some that we don't sell.  All you need to bring us i your receipt and wel will do the rest.  It's even etter if you purchased your machine here - you don't even need to bring a receipt as we keep all costomers' information in our database!  Whether you purchased your machine here or somewhere else, we want to be your store of choice and will gladly take care of you!
